MOBERG, Cynthia Lynn Age 60 of Springfield, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at her home. She was born on May 22, 1957 to the late Ludlow and Zella (Hall) Busick in Springfield. In addition to her mother, Zella Busick, Cindy is survived by her beloved husband of 14 years, Scott Moberg; her children: Kara (Peter) Molin, Leslie Shoup, and Chester Shoup; grandchildren: Kyle Molin, Piera Molin and Damien Shoup and her brother, Ernest (Rebecca) Busick. She also leaves behind her three nephews: Nathan, Nicholas, and Cody; her Aunt Kathy and Uncle Richard; her good friends: Pam Reese-Swords and Sheryl Roddy as well as her adored dog, Chessie. Cindy was a hard working and loving mother who always tried to bring a positive light to everything. She enjoyed throwing herself into one of her projects, whether it was quilting, sewing, crafting or just reading a good book. Cindy's most valued characteristic was her ability to care for everyone around her; making them feel special and important and all the while doing it with a smile on her face.
