Linda and I were friends going back to our days at Roosevelt.  We had sleepo-overs at her house and always had a lot of fun.  She had a great sense of humor and was a good friend.  I used to run into her in later years, she worked at the Big Bear Store on North Limestone Street.  She always said hello and asked how me how things were going with me and my family.

Linda was one of the dearest souls I have ever been lucky enough to have known in my life. She had a never-ending gift of kindness and a laugh I can still hear. We lived together when our daughters were young, and it thrills me they stay in contact. This world lost a true gift on August 23, when we were 39 years old, I am grateful for everyday I shared with her, and still celebrate her birthday every November 18. RIP, dear heart.
